The beginning of the relationship was great. There were some bumps in communication, especially with crucial emails not reaching my mailbox (e.g. the final invoice). But at the delivery, the relatively good impression stateds crumbling and went even more downhill from there. Somehow, the company manager to lose two of my boxes (out of 3 pallets) and even though I provided the information crucial to finding these on the day of the delivery, now, almost a month into the search, I still don't have any information about my belongings. Moreover, as soon as I requested that the search be escalated to managerial involvement, I stopped receiving any responses or updates. Understandably, I am very upset about such unprofessional treatment.
